How Five Star Exchange P2P Works

Friends to Trade in Five Star Exchange P2P Platform, you have to login Five Star Exchange. 

  Then you have to .....

1) Place your Buy Bid.

2) when your Bid Matches with  any Seller's Bid You will receive Message to pay within 30 Minutes. 

3) You have to Click "View Deal" Option. (View Deal Option is under buy and Sell Option.)

4) First Click on "Mark Hold For Payment" Tab. As you click on Mark Hold for Payment Tab Seller's bid will lock for 30 minutes and you will see bank details of Seller and his UPI Id. You have to pay within 30 minutes period. 

5) Copy Seller's Bank details or UPI ID and pay him amount decided as per bid. (In Payment Remark Option Please enter only Transaction Number).

6) Then Click on "Mark Paid" Tab Tab to Confirm Payment.

7) As You Pay Seller will receive Message to verify and Confirm Payment. 

8) Seller have Maximum 1 Hour to Confirm Payment.  As Seller click "Confirm Payment" Tab, Bid will Success and Buyer will receive his Coins.

9) If Seller Dosen't Confirm Payment in 1 Hour Buyer can click on "Rise A Ticket" Tab to Chat with Five Star  Exchange Support Executive.

     You have to send Payment Screenshot and Translation Number in it. Company will verify Transaction and do the needful.
